At Mind & Body Healing, we believe healing is a deep and personal journey that deserves compassion, support, and a space where individuals can feel truly seen and heard. Our practice was created with the intention of helping clients reconnect with themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

We provide therapy services for individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Our approach is holistic and client-centered, recognizing the important connection between emotional well-being, physical health, and overall quality of life.

At Mind and Body Healing, we aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients can process, grow and reconnect with themselves. Treatment is tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Brainspotting, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed frameworks. We believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and healing looks different for everyone.

Our core belief is that growth happens through self-awareness, connection, and compassion. Whether clients are seeking support during a difficult season or pursuing deeper long-term healing, we strive to create a calm, supportive environment where meaningful change can occur.

The Heart Behind Mind & Body Healing

I’m Loren Messina, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, passionate about helping individuals heal in a way that feels compassionate and authentic, honoring both the mind and the body.

I created Mind & Body Healing to provide a supportive space where clients can feel safe and empowered on their healing journey. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental. I believe that healing happens when we address not only thoughts and emotions, but also the ways trauma, stress, and life experiences are carried within the body.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and gain deeper insight into patterns that impact their relationships, emotions, and overall well-being.

My vision for this practice is to create a space where clients can slow down, feel genuinely supported, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful and authentic way. My goal is to meet you where you are without judgment. I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself, it’s about developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection to who you truly are.
